Why would you go anywhere else ! -- today i send about 20 minutes being fitted for a suit , i met the owners Jock and Janet who are awesome. Janet is Friendly and professional with a keen eye for detail. it is such a lovely welcoming and friendly atmosphere i felt like staying longer . okay so the suit looks fantastic , the price is equally fantastic and now i look (and feel) awesome. these guys are a well established local business who are people focused . Thankyou Janet you are AWESOME

The fabric is excellent, the style is contemporary, pricing is good value, but the most important thing as far as I'm concerned is the service.I had two suits, two shirts and a vest made. On one suit, trousers needed an alteration which was done urgently (as it was my wedding outfit!). On the other, the jacket needed taking out because I felt it was a bit tight. My coordinator felt that it wouldn't sit right and had a new re-sized jacket made without charge or question.Fabulous service, George & KIng is where I'll get all my suits from now on.

Had the highest level of customer service I've ever experienced.They are very passionate about their work and have deep knowledge in fashion. They teach as they go through the processes, easy to get a hold of them if you need them. The suits came out great, great material, fast production and it fit to the T.Overall great experience and would definitely recommend and i am definitely a returning customer.

Every time I have been into see Jarred and the team they have been amazing. I turn up to these events and weddings and people ask me where did I buy my suit. I said I don’t anymore. I keep them fresh and change them up and hire with Suit Vault. Love your work boys.

I have just received my second bespoke suit from Germanicos, a tuxedo, and I would never buy an off the rack suit again. Michael and his team make the process and experience easy and a pleasure. To have a suit designed from scratch with everything you want (and don't want) and made to fit perfectly is an experience every man should experience at least once in his life. I have bought designer suits in store before and nothing feels or looks as good as a suit made specifically for you by Germanicos!

John is an absolute legend. The whole experience of tailored suits for my 5 groomsmen and me was awesome. Along with being extremely professional, he went right down to the wire for us, doing a final sizing the morning of my wedding! He was a real life saver and happy to pay for perfection. Cant fault him one bit and would highly recommend to everyone.

Had tailored shirts prepared for a wedding: cuffs poorly stitched, unfinished and mis-aligned, rented jackets hastily tacked and not pressed so cuffs were baggy. Dressmaker on site at wedding (down south) was able to patch up some of the poor workmanship.One tailored shirt split behind the buttons during the night, since it was not sized appropriately, not a good experience and an even poorer one when returning jackets and discussing the shirt. Definitely not recommending this store and definitely not happy with losing $70 on a shirt that didn't last more than 3 hours use.

Great experience throughout the whole process! Marnie was very helpful at explaining everything from the start. Jenny was always easy to deal, very positive and making it feel special as it should for a bespoke fitting and ensured that I received everything on time. Would highly recommend!
