Would not recommend anyone going to Institchu. Save your time and money and try another bespoke talior.Waited 13 weeks after ordering for my shirts to arrive.The shirts only arrived after multiple phone calls and emails to their staff - some of which were unacknowledged.Finally when the shirts did arrive they were measured so incorrectly it had to be remade. Meaning potentially another 13 weeks. Waiting 6 months for some shirts to be talior made is an absolute joke.Their website says delivery within 4-5 weeks. That's a lie. Unless your event is 6 months away take your money elsewhere.Before when it was George and King, they were amazing but now as Institchu stay away.

If you wear a suite for work or another occasion, you should experience a made to measure garment at a very reasonable price. This is an experience all of its own. Off the peg will never seem OK again.

My experience at Institchu was seamless thanks to Kahlia, who went out of her way to ensure that my suit was the perfect fit. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, she was also happy to answer all my questions and gave me multiple options on ways to design my suit. When I wasn't sure what colour to go with, she encouraged me to get the one I really wanted which ended up being the best decision ever. Pickup was easy to organize and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I'll definitely be returning to Institchu for another custom tailored suit. Thank you Kahlia!
